I know other reviews have said it, but it bears repeating: order the chicken wings. Some places give you wings with uneven texture, but these are perfectly crispy and super tasty.

Pork bao were also a big hit, and the spicy ramen was also very good (though not the star of the show).

Prices are reasonable, and service was good (though it wasn't crowded when we ate here).

We came here because Tank Noodle was packed and weren't sure what to expect, but Miss Saigon hit a home run for us and is going to be a go-to for sure.

We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu and take advantage of the BYOB policy!

My group came in here because we didn't want to wait to get into Tank Noodle and honestly, not a bad  backup. Tank noodle has more authentic dishes and variety of protein in their pho. I was disappointed to see items like fries and Korean ramen soup on the menu of a restaurant called Miss Saigon (which we got anyways because my friend's son likes those foods). Shrug okay fries were good lol

Miss Saigon's pho broth was good, noodles a tad firm (this can be left to personal preference and is too minor to count towards review) , and meats okay. Sweet n sour chicken wings were good size, tender but not juicy, sauce okay.

The bad: Restaurant was completely dead when we arrived during peack Saturday lunch time. S.O.'s hu tieu seemed on the smaller side. Docked one star mainly because as the only two guests in the restaurant, our dishes took a pretty long time to come out. Also the music seemed pretty loud. Probably won't come here again.

The good: The decor is more woody modern-esque, not like the basic metal/leather chairs with simple tables you see at Vietnamese mom & pop pho restaurants. Nice and cute. I ordered pho tai (pho with eye round beef) and S.O. ordered hu tieu with egg noodles (they let you pick rice or egg noodles, I told him rice noodles but he didn't listen). Both were very very good.

First time here and will return! Flavorful pho broth and simple yet tasty chicken with noodles- broth on side to be eaten separately as a soup. Delicious. We finished everything and were very satisfied. Interior was cute, casual, and seats looked homemade like how my parents made in the past.

Having lived in Vietnam, I can honestly say that Miss Saigon has the most authentic and flavorful pho i've had since returning to the states!! The service is excellent, the other dishes always fresh and fast. I definitely recommended skipping the wait and mediocre food at Tank Noodle and heading here!!
